​Summer box office hours:
noon-5pm: non-performance days
noon-9pm- performance days
closed Sundays
​On performance days, the box office opens 2 hours prior to the performance.

Non-summer box office:
We don't have regular hours during the non-summer season, though we are generally here Monday - Friday from 10am-6pm. If you don't reach us, please leave a message and we'll call you back.


Cancellation policy: Individual ticket purchases are refundable to a gift certificate only, with a minimum of two hours notice prior to performance time.
Subscription tickets and flex passes are not eligible for refunds.
