The “rather gaudy, but also rather grand” winner of six Tony Awards including Best Musical, Best Score, and Best Book, La Cage aux Folles is a musical comedy about family that is filled with glitz, glamour, and drag queens! Based on the hit French farce that also inspired Hollywood’s The Birdcage, this Broadway smash includes favorite songs like “I Am What I Am” and “The Best of Times.” It encourages us all to stay true to ourselves.

This production will be performed in our thrust configuration

This means that seats will be on three sides of the stage. Thrust seating allows for more attendance and also improves the view for our balcony seats.

The side risers in the thrust configuration will be removed for La Cage aux Folles and replaced with 2 and 3 person table seating. There is a limited number of table seats per performance.
