UPDATE: March 11, 2022
As of May 2022 we will go back to normal audience operating procedures for the vast majority of performances in 2022. Masks will be optional (indoors and outdoors) and we will suspend social distancing beginning with performances of the Winni Players Community Theatre production of Steel Magnolias.
Enhanced Safety Performances:
That said, we know there is a portion of our audience who are immunocompromised or otherwise still very cautious about large public gatherings and we are determined to continue to provide a safe space for those who would like to attend theatre with precautions in place. GENERAL NOTES
- The Winnipesaukee Playhouse will continue to monitor recommendations made by the CDC along with local case and hospitalization rates. Our ticketing policy requires purchasers to adhere to safety protocols in place on the day of the performance and not on the day of the ticket purchase, so patrons should continue to watch for communications on any protocol changes for upcoming performances.
- Facilities will be cleaned regularly and we will have hand sanitizer available for your use.
- We have added germicidal UV lamps inside of our air conditioning ducts as well as polarized media filters to "scrub" the theatre air for our return to indoor performances.
- Should any member of your party refuse to comply with any of these rules upon arrival or during the performance, we reserve the right to refuse service.
- While all reasonable precautions are being made to keep patrons and staff safe, please note that each patron is attending at their own risk. If you are part of a population vulnerable to COVID-19, or live with someone who is, we advise you to make the best decision for you and your family.
Thank you for your understanding as we safely bring live theatre back to the Lakes Region!
