Refund & Exchange Policy
All camp registrations at the Winnipesaukee Playhouse are processed through our ticketing and payment platform, Ludus.
Because payments are now handled directly through this system, the Playhouse is no longer able to issue cash or credit card refunds ourselves.
Refunds
If you would like the option for a credit card refund, you must select Ludus Protection during the checkout process when registering for camp. Refunds covered under that protection are administered directly through Ludus according to their policy.
Exchanges and Vouchers
If your plans do change, we will help when possible, but all requests must be made at least 14 days before the start of the registered camp week
Exchanges:
Camp weeks may be exchanged for another week of camp, if space is available.
Vouchers:
If you are unable to attend your registered week and an exchange is not possible, we can offer
a Playhouse voucher for the value of the registration, minus a $50 admin fee.
Vouchers may be applied toward other Winnipesaukee Playhouse programming, including camps, classes, or performances.
How to Request an Exchange or Voucher:
To request an exchange or voucher, please contact: Cory Lawson, Director of Education and Community Outreach, at [email protected]
