Winter Camp Forms
NOTE: This paperwork is for AFTER you have already registered for camp!

On the first day, please make sure you bring the following:
We will have extra copies of all paperwork that may be filled out in the morning, but registration will be GREATLY sped up if these forms are filled out at home. This paperwork needs to be filled out new even if students participated in camp in previous years, but does NOT need to be filled out again if the student attended an earlier session this summer as long as nothing has changed.
