The fine print:
You do not need to attend the drawing to win. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter. The $12,600 cash payout is based on the sale of 252 tickets. If fewer tickets are sold, the first prize winner receives 50% of the collected ticket sales. Individuals are only eligible to win one of the three prizes. Multiple entries increase your chances of winning. It is the responsibility of the winning parties to provide valid contact information. Employees of the Winnipesaukee Playhouse and members of their immediate household may not enter.

The winner is responsible for all taxes. A Form W-2G will be issued to the winner of this raffle to report the winnings as required by the IRS. Federal income tax will be withheld at a rate of 25% from the total prize amount if the prize is greater than $5,000. This means the winner will receive the prize amount less the federal withholding.
